Note: Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging will not qualify for returns.

- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Ship the product to the address provided, ensuring secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item:
- It will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
