We offer free shipping for orders exceeding Rs. 2000/-.

Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major cities, towns, and rural areas across Pakistan. If your location is out of our delivery coverage, we will inform you at the time of order confirmation.
Failed Deliveries
In the event of a failed delivery due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Recipient unavailability.
- Refusal to accept the package.
Our courier partner will attempt redelivery as per their policy. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order is delivered damaged or an item is missing:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Send us clear photos of the damaged item(s) along with the packaging.
- We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
